Report from the Konstsrunda

So last week i took the train down to Skåne, to see some art.

Our first stop was the house of the artist Anna Rocjegova-Cederholm

After that we visited a glass blower atelier

we took a little walk in the streets of Simrishamn, lovely.

  

Then we stopped at the house of a really cool danish lady, who had the ground floor of her house packed with wonders, antiques and art pieces..

the next days we met our dear friends and and took a long walk in the countryside

Fika Break, in Ystad (adorable town) with the best salmon sandwich ever

Our firends bought an old school, and they had the exhibition in the classroom

they still have a lot to fix

it was such a perfect setting for the Konstrunda :)

We had a lovely week in Skåne, totally disconected from our everyday life.

Konstrundan

Un couple d'amis qui habitent dans le sud de la Suède, en Skanie (Skåne en suédois), ont décidé de participer à la Konstrunda cette année.
Konst = art et Runda = un tour, un circuit.
Le principe est simple, le participant produit moult chefs-d'oeuvres (de toute sorte) il les accroche chez lui bien mis en valeur, dans son salon,
dans son garage, dans son atelier s'il est chanceux, puis il s'inscrit auprès de la commune, moyennant frais d'inscription, pour apparaître
sur une carte comme celle ci, qui indique où voir quoi:

Les visiteurs munis de cette carte vont alors d'une maison à l'autre, frappent, admirent vos oeuvres, et restent pour le café s'ils sont chanceux. Chaque oeuvre est à vendre, il peut donc repartir avec un tableau, une cruche en grès ou un magnifique coussin brodé sous le bras.
(ou pourquoi pas une reproduction signée Fifikoussout, s'il est chanceux !)

Mes amis m'ont donc invitée à participer avec eux, j'ai alors fait imprimer et encadrer trois de mes portraits:

je descendrai moi même en Skåne bientôt pour y faire un tour, coté visiteur et coté exposant.
Je tacherai de faire un petit reportage :)

Friends of mine living in Skåne invited me to participate to Österlens Konstrunda with them. 

Konst = Art and Runda = Tour, so basically you hang up nice art you've made in your living room, you register so the commune adds your house on a map of the region, and then visitors drive around and stop by your house to check out your art, and maybe they get invited for coffe if they're lucky :)

So i accepted the invitation. I printed and framed three of my portraits.

I will go and check out the konstrunda as a participant and a viditor and try to report a bit about the event !
